Hi, it’s time learned how to comment the right way. Commenting let’s us communicate with the people in the world around us. So wouldn’t you want to do it right?

• After reading a page or post, scroll down, and soon you will see “Leave a Comment”. Sometime’s you may have to click on it. 
• Type your comment, also make sure its appropriate to comment.
• You may Next you will see that it says “Anti Spam” If you do not see this skip the next step.
• It will say “To prove you are a person (not a spam script), type the words from the following picture or audio file”. This is so the person you are commenting to knows it’s not a spam. There will be a box under it that says something. You will have to type what it says in the box in the Anti-Spam.
• Once you have done that click “Post Comment”
• Your comment will be posted after that

 

 

          Great! Now you know how to make a comment, but you still need to know how to write one. Let’s begin.

 

• Write your comment like a letter starting off with “Dear Sally” or “Dear Mrs. Whittle.”
• Compliment the writer in a specific way, ask a question, and/or add new information to the post. This is called a highway comment, a comment that others can comment on. The comment’s where you just write stuff like “cool” or “awesome”, those are dead end comments, one’s you can’t continue on.
• Write your comment about the post/topic.
• Write in complete sentences, but don’t go overboard and write a whole book in a comment.
• Check your comment for correct spelling, grammar and punctuation before you post it.
• Remember that you only need one exclamation mark.  You will get your point across when you say, “Me too!”  You DON’T have to say “Me too!!!!”  You wouldn’t  write this on actual writing , so please do not write this way on the blog.
• A comment is a comment, NOT a text. Don’t abbreviate!
• Never reveal any personal information about yourself in your comment, including your last name.
